Bauxite is the main raw materials of brown fused alumina, which is non-renewable resources. There is limited stock of the bauxite for fusing grade brown fused alumina in China. And with electrolytic aluminium enterprises mass expansion in recent years, the limited bauxite resources are all distributed to them. Now most manufacturers are distributed in Henan, Guizhou, Guangxi and Shanxi Provinces. And few enterprises has its own bauxite mine.

Products description
Brown Fused Alumina(BFA) is made from calcined bauxite. It is a hard and tough material, used in manufacturing of grinding wheels (both vitrified and resin bonded and coated products. These grains are also used for shot blasting and as polishing media. Refractory grade BFA is used as a raw material in the manufacture of high alumina refractory. It is available in grit sizes as per FEPA for abrasive applications and group grits for refractory applications.

1.Inspection and Control of incoming raw materials: according to the chemical content,raw materials are classified into different
levels to ensure quality of brick first.
2.Inspection and control of the process: during the production,every brick will be weighed twice strictly to reduce the error of
weight .
3.Quality audit by quality management: inspection of product standardization of quality of each product by process control and
experimentation, taking corrective measures timely whenever deviations are noted.4.Before delivery, the inspectors will inspect the size,appearance, physical and chemical properties of brick again in factory.
